As Apple has announced that the iPhone's UDID can no longer be used as identifier in iOS 7, an update of the Philips Dictation Recorder app to the newest version 3.0.24 is required prior to upgrading to iOS 7. Previous versions of the app will no longer function properly with iOS 7 and the Philips dictation hub. The update will be available soon at the App store.
