Philips SpeechExec Software Update:
All Philips Pocket Memos (DPM8000, 7000, 6000, 6700 and 8900) are now shipped with the new Philips SpeechExec software v8.1.


We would like to inform that the complete Philips Pocket Memo range now includes Philips SpeechExec 8.1 software.






New features include:

• New hardware configuration options
• Enhanced speech recognition responsiveness
• Windows 8 support
• Improved start-up speed
• Improved licensing
• Improved user interface

Among other enhancements SpeechExec 8.1 also includes a new feature to support a cloud-based dictation service that is launching in Europe early next year to meet customer demands. The launch for North America is planned for mid of 2014.
