VEC Electronics CM-1000 & CM-1000USB Palm-Sized Omni-Directional Conference Microphone can be daisy chained additional microphones

CM-1000:
Omni-directional conference microphone with 8ft. cord and a 3.5mm stereo plug. Boundary layer low profile design, with daisy chain capability and 360 degree pickup for exceptional sound quality and maximum coverage.

CM-1000USB:
USB Omni-directional conference microphone with a 10 Ft. cord and USB Plug. Onboard USB sound card delivers high quality digital stereo recording. Daisy chain capability and 360 degree pickup for maximum coverage.
