To locate the user manual (the user manual is stored in the recorder)

Plug in the USB cable provide one end to the computer and the other end to the recorder
Use the file explorer to click on "Computer" then click on "Phillips"
Then click on "Manual" and then select "EN" for the English manual, or you can select any of the other languages
