Support: How to Set up Author (users) Information on the Philips Smart Phone SpeechLive Dictation App

The below instructions indicate how to set up an author's (users) profile name on the Philips Smartphone App for iOS devices. The name will then appear on all of the author's SpeechLive dictations. 

This will enable the dictations to be recognized by the Dragon Speech Recognition automatically since it can match a profile name and sync.

Open the Phillips Dictation App. (The screen displayed on the right will appear.) Click the icon displayed on the upper right hand side below the battery icon to get to the dictation settings. (The Screen indicated in the row below will appear.)
Click the "SETTINGS" button.
Then select "Sending Options" (The Screen indicated in the row below will appear.)
Click "WORKFLOW" (The last option)
Click "AUTHOR" (First Option)
Click the upper right  " + " (Plus sign) to Add the Author. Then Click done.

By following these steps , all dictations from this device will be forwarded with the Authors name.
