WHAT IS THE PHILIPS SPEECH EXEC (SpeechExec) DICTATION HUB?
SpeechExec Dictation Hub service:

SpeechExec Dictation Hub will send the dictation files to a predefined email address (e.g. to the secretary for transcription) or FTP location. So no matter where your dictations have to be recorded they will be sent rapidly to their destination. HOW DO I START?
To get started follow the following steps;
1. DOWNLOAD THE APP for Ios
Open (on your smartphone device) your app store and search for "Philips Dictation Recorder" Or use the link belowiPhone
1.2. INSTALL THE APP
Once the download is complete, a notification should automatically appear on the notification bar – the area on top of the phone with the time and battery icons, etc. The above step should automatically start the process of installation of the application onto the mobile device. When prompted by the device, click on install.
After the installation is complete, click on open to start the application. It may also be started from the home screen just like any other application.
2. FREE 30-DAY TRIAL
After installation, you can sign up for a free 30 day trial for Dictation Hub. on your iPhone go to Settings/Forwarding.
3. EASY CONFIGURATION
Before you can use your mobile device with Dictation Hub, there are some simple steps that need to be completed.
After you accept the License Agreement, select the Recipient´s and Author´s email address. Also add your author's initials for better recognition by the transcriptionists.
Select your preferred audio format; we recommend using DSS format for the SpeechExec environment. You can also select MP3 or WAV Audio Format. On the last step, select your preferred language. You can choose German, French, Spanish, and Dutch; English is active by default. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email with registration data. This email is very important for later settings and configuration and contains your Customer Number.

5. SEND A DICTATION VIA DICTATION HUB
Philips SpeechExec Dictation Hub is the easiest way to send a voice message. Distribution of messages depends on predefined keywords, and audio conversion from a device-specific file format into standard DSS, MP3 or WAV – all that´s done for you by the Dictation Hub.
6. CHECK YOUR EMAIL
Once your account is set up, you should get an email which you will need to forward to our support team at support@ybsales.com, We will need to have your Account # and Device ID to set up you trial account.
The category routing is a very powerful option for fully automated distribution of the dictation files. You can predefine routing's depending on the keyword. You can predefine as many category keyword routing's as needed, however it is only possible to configure 5 routing's at a time. For every route you can also decide between email or FTP delivery. Here are some examples of advanced category routing.
example 1:
Send every dictation with keyword: 'meeting' to an FTP server and save
it to external_meeting folder.
example 2:
Send every message with keyword: 'private' only to a private email
account.
example 3:
Send a dictation for transcription to the secretary's office.
example 4:
Publish your private experiences as a podcast live on the internet.
Every category routing consists of a keyword and a delivery method. if you wish to define more than five keywords, please fill out another form. once you have entered the category, you can then decide whether to use email or FTP as your dispatching method for your audio files. if you choose FTP, please make sure you get all the info on the FTP server infrastructure of the customers (e.g. their FTP address).
