Phillips SpeechExec 11.5 how do I change my license key?
Answer:
If your SpeechExec software is set to automatically login you will need to follow the steps below, If your SpeechExec software prompts you always to login you can skip till Step #5. If you are just upgrading and extending your existing license you don't need to follow the steps, you just need to click below under upgrade versions and order an extension to your license.
If you need to change an existing valid license key to a different or new user, you will need to email our support team at support@dictationone.com your existing license key and existing email address it's registered to, and the new email address for the user you want to switch the license to.

| Step 1. Click on "Help" on the top menu bar is marked on the image. And Click on "License information..."

| Step 3. You will be prompted; "With this option, you can change the type of licensing the next time you start SpeechExec. Do you want to continue?" |

Step 4. If you're using the new license key select "Product key" (If you are using your SpeechLive account login for the SpeechExec license you will need to select "Activation through SpeechExec subscription in SpeechLive"
And you will need to enter your SpeechLive credentials in order to login and click on
"Log in") |

| Step 5. You'll need to click on "Change product key..." |

| Step 6. You will then enter the new product key with the hyphens and click "Next" |

| Step 7. Make sure to check mark "Login automatically when starting SpeechExec" to not prompt you again at the next time you launch the software. And click "Log in" |
