Question:
I'm using Phillips SpeechLive, the transcriber has completed the dictations and it's still showing up in the "Intray".
Answer:
As always, it's recommended to read the "Getting Started" section on the SpeechLive website or contact our sales or support team for a training session.
Step 1.
To transcribe a dictation, it's recommended that you click the "Playback" Icon, and choose "Open in player" this will enable more functions and also enable the foot control to function to control the voice file hands-free, to have the hands available for typing.
Step 2.
When completed, The dictation needs to be marked as finished by clicking on the checkmark icon.
This will change the dictation state to "Transcription finished"
Step 3.
Click on the "More options" (...) icon, and choose "Send to Archive" or click on the "Delete" icon, if you want to delete the dictation.
