How to Update Payment Information in Dictation.Cloud

How to Update Payment information for an existing Nuance Dragon Cloud subscription.

This information applies to the following;
Dragon Medical One
Dragon Legal Anywhere
Dragon Professional Anywhere
Dragon Professional Anywhere for Law Enforcement 

Detailed Instructions:

1. Click Here for your Dictation.Cloud account.

2. Click on "LOGIN" the top right, And enter your email address and password, If you forgot your password click "Forget password?" or contact our support or sales team to provide you with a reset password link by email, our support team can also assist you with locating what email address was used to log into the website.

3. Once you are logged in click on "Orders"

4. Click on "View"

5. Scroll down the page until you see "Change Payment Method"

6. Follow the Prompts to Update payment information.

7. Once payment is validated, make sure you see the new information reflecting in the order. 

Done! The new payment method will be charged at the next billing date.

If your payment failed the day before, the new method will automatically be charged the next day.
